How can I return my order? 

We hope it doesn’t happen, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with the received order, you can make a full or partial return by contacting us through your preferred method:

Important points to consider: 

• You are responsible for the return shipping costs. 

• The minimum indivisible unit is the pack, which can be a pack of 6, 12, or 24 units packaged together, depending on the order. 

• You can make a return as long as the pack has not been opened, its seals are intact, and it remains unpacked. 

• The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and with included accessories or gifts, if applicable. 

• The maximum return period is 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment. 

• The merchandise must be packaged in the same way we sent it to avoid breakages. 

• If there is any breakage during the return of the merchandise, we will not refund the cost of that breakage. 

• The refund will be processed once we verify the correct condition of the merchandise upon receipt. 

• The refund will be issued in the same payment method used. For cash on delivery payments, the refund amount will be transferred to the bank account you provide. 

For a large order, can I return bottles that I ultimately do not use? 

Yes, you can make a return as long as the aforementioned return guidelines are followed. 

Can I cancel my order?

If we have not yet shipped the order, we will cancel it and refund the full amount using the payment method you used. 

If you cancel the order after it has been shipped, we will refund the order amount minus the round-trip shipping costs.
